02 Company Registration

COIDA (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act) is mandatory for any South African employer. It covers workers in case of work-related injuries. You'll also need a Letter of Good Standing for most government tenders. We handle registration, Letters of Good Standing, and Return of Earnings submissions.
NCR registration is required for any business offering credit. The process involves submitting certified IDs, CIPC documents, tax clearance, police clearance, bank statements, share certificates, and a resolution.
